Job summary

Qualifications

• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• Arrest/conviction records may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Opens/closes store and handles back door for deliveries as needed.
• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and oversees pricing/signage.
