Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy licence as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle cash.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change as requested.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close and assist with vendor deliveries.
• Register all sales with accurate records, review pricing and voids.
• Assist with displays, pricing, and promotional resets.
• Ensure compliance with state/local laws on regulated products.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks and store maintenance.
• Serve as liaison between management and team when managers are absent.
