Responsibilities

• Process returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops; provide change as needed.
• Deliver a delightful customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries and inventory management.
• Register all sales on the cash register; track scanning errors and price changes.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure correct pricing and signage.
