Job summary

Walgreens Oshkosh store is seeking a supervisor-like associate to handle opening and closing duties, cash handling, and to deliver a distinctive customer experience. You will engage customers, resolve questions, and support store operations with accuracy and care.

You will also assist with inventory, pricing, displays, training, and communications with the team, ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations. This role emphasizes service excellence and reliable store upkeep.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including startup tasks, cash handling, and ensuring floors and stockrooms are ready for the day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management as necessary and supervise backroom/vendor deliveries.
• Register sales accurately, document scanning errors, price verifications, and price changes.
• Assist with displays, resets, and inventory accuracy; maintain on-hand quantities and proper signage.
