Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered for employment.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet and assist customers with products and services; resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store appearance, pricing, and compliance with policies and local laws.
