Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory accuracy, price changes, vendor coordination, and maintaining store standards. English fluency is required, with preferred inventory control knowledge.

Qualificações

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in absence of management, starts up required systems, handles cash, and ensures floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by assisting customers and patients.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and shares service best practices with the team.
• Maintains store keys, assists with vendor deliveries, and supports backroom operations.
• Registers sales accurately, reviews pricing, and handles price changes per local rules.
• Participates in merchandising, displays, resets, and stock management across departments.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and compliance with store systems and equipment.
