Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior retail work experience as a retail key carrier or shift leader.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license preferred as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Model and share customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper pricing and signage in-store.
• Assist with stock rotation, backroom organization, and general store upkeep.
