Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required cash systems.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change for registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models customer service best practices and maintains professional store interactions.
• Maintains accurate cash handling, pricing, and signage to support pricing accuracy.
