Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, with required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Handle returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolve issues.
• Communicate tasks to team in management's absence; report disciplinary issues.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signage, inventory counts, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Support store maintenance and compliance with policies and regulations.
