Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow and teach customer service best practices, including greetings, eye contact, courtesy, and proactive assistance.
