Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year in leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder role.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to comply with store policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested at cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolves issues.
• Maintains accurate inventory and supports pricing and merchandising.
