Walgreens in Frankfort, KY is seeking a dedicated team member to help open and close the store when management is not present. You will handle cash, process returns and refunds, and ensure the floor and stockroom are ready for business. The role emphasizes delivering a distinctive, friendly customer experience and accurate pricing.

You will greet customers, answer questions, assist with vendor deliveries, and support displays and housekeeping. Prior leadership and English fluency are preferred.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control and fundamentals of pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive, delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains inventory counts, pricing accuracy, and displays per policy.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backroom operations, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Supports store maintenance and compliance with state/local regulations.
