Walgreens in Frankfort, Kentucky is hiring for a Customer Experience and Operations role focused on delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and process purchases at the register with friendly, efficient service.

The position requires flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior Walgreens experience preferred; fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Mansioni

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous checkout service.
• Recommends items for sale and upsell opportunities.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; takes inventory and prices merchandise.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcohol and tobacco).
• Provides customer service in the photo area (passport photos, poster print, etc.).
• Assists with web pick-up orders and external maintenance of store appearance.
