Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management; perform cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Handle returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations, including pricing, signage, and inventory accuracy.
• Support merchandising, displays, and stock rotations; maintain clean, orderly store appearance.
