Job summary

CVS Health in Beachwood, OH is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When the manager is absent, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and help deliver a high-quality CVS experience.

You will supervise crew activities, manage merchandise presentation, handle customer questions, and promote a positive shopping environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise activities, communicate with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Stock shelves and merchandise; execute displays and seasonal promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms and manage weekly promotions.
