Principal Responsibilities

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Summary of Experience Minimum of six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees preferred Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role that required continuous interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests is preferred.

Demonstrates the ability to strategically flex team members into different areas of the business as needed, including coordinating and supporting additional training to ensure they are set up for success. Physical Requirements and Environment

Ability to lift and carry up to 25-30 pounds, such as boxes of supplies, etc. Must be able to stand for 90% or more of a scheduled shift Requires frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling as part of daily duties Role involves repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to safely handle hot liquids, steam, and equipment throughout the shift. Manual hand dexterity for operating small tools, POS systems, and drink assembly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve noise, heat, and close proximity to others. Occasional pushing or pulling of carts, containers, or equipment.
