Take 5 Car Wash is seeking team-oriented individuals to deliver a high-energy customer experience and lead shifts during operations. You will guide customers, promote memberships, and ensure vehicles pass through the wash safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates are physically active, comfortable working outdoors, and capable of handling unexpected challenges with positive leadership. Prior experience in a team setting or leadership role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive experience.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other offerings.
• Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel and prepare them for washing.
• Monitor equipment and enforce safety protocols.
• Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and support team members.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and report issues to maintain standards.
