Job summary

Starbucks Corp. seeks a shift supervisor to lead beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, coach team members, and maintain a welcoming store environment for customers.

You will ensure store policies, safety, and cash handling are followed while delivering high-quality drinks and food. Ideal candidates bring 6 months of customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and staff during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Strong knowledge of the retail environment and store safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Coordinate tasks of the team and ensure coverage during shifts.
• Lead with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming Starbucks store environment.
