Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Able to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Provide quality beverages and food, ensure safety and store standards.
• Coach and supervise shift operations, directing tasks of team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve requests efficiently.
