Qualifications

• Meet store policies and standards including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure beverage and food quality per standard recipes or customized orders.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain efficient service.
• Uphold store safety, security and policy compliance during shifts.
