Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and foods, cash handling and store safety.
• 6 months experience interacting with customers.
• 6 months experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach staff to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Lead shift operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store standards and safety policies.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals.
