Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain store policies including cash handling and safety.
• Direct experience supervising two or more employees is a plus.
• Commitment to high-quality beverages and food to standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to deliver consistent beverages and foods.
• Ensure store standards, safety, and security policies are followed.
• Provide excellent guest experience and handle customer requests respectfully.
