Qualifications

• Attend on time and maintain consistent attendance in all shifts.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Follow store policies for beverages, food, cash handling and safety.
• At least 6 months experience interacting with customers.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least 6 months experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and supervise daily shift activities.
• Coach and develop team members to meet standards.
• Ensure quality beverages/food and compliance with recipes.
• Handle cash, safety and security procedures.
• Coordinate tasks and delegate to ensure smooth operations.
