Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, making the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. You will coach staff, ensure quality beverages and food, handle cash, and maintain store safety with flexibility across hours.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
