Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to prepare and coach food/beverage preparation to standard recipes or customize for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and coach team members to deliver quality beverages and food
• Direct work of others and coordinate tasks across the crew
• Ensure store policies, safety, and security are followed and maintain customer service standards
