Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and staff to deliver quality beverages and food per standard recipes or customer requests.
• Direct and coach team members to maintain a welcoming, efficient coffeehouse environment.
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, and adherence to store policies and safety standards.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate work across two or more employees during shifts.
