You will delegate tasks, supervise two or more teammates, uphold store policies, manage cash handling, and ensure safety and service standards during flexible shifts. Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize as requested
• Ensure cash handling, store safety, and policy compliance
