Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community.

You will ensure quality beverages and food, supervise a small team, and uphold store policies while delivering warm customer experiences. Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customers' requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise team members to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes and customize when needed.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and store safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
