Qualifications

• Attend to customers with timely, polite service and accuracy.
• Have 6+ months experience in customer-facing roles.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage to standard or customized recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to craft quality beverages and food.
• Ensure cash handling, safety and store policies are followed.
• Direct daily operations to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Greet customers and respond to requests with professionalism.
