Qualifications

• Meet store policies; ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months' experience interacting with customers.
• Six months' experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach beverages/food to standard recipes and customizations.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and maintain store safety.
• Delegate tasks to team and coordinate 2+ employees.
