Qualifications

• Six(6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Food and beverage prep to standard recipes or customerized modifications.
• At least six(6) months delegating tasks to two or more teammates.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure quality beverages and food.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet demand.
• Maintain store policies, safety, cash handling and security.
• Provide consistent, friendly customer service and problem solve on the floor.
