Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.

• Lead store operations to create a welcoming space for customers.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food prep to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Uphold store policies on cash handling, safety and security; ensure quality products.
