Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to follow store operating policies and accurately handle cash and safety procedures.
• Ability to learn quickly and direct the work of others.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to deliver high quality beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Coach and delegate tasks to staff to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and safe store environment.
• Uphold cash handling, safety, and security procedures during all shifts.
