Job summary

Peet’s Coffee in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations, deliver warm customer service, and lead a small team on the floor. You’ll handle opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and visual updates while maintaining a clean, welcoming coffeebar.

The role requires at least 1 year in a leadership role and cash handling experience, with a flexible schedule and party-time availability. We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities within Peet’s family.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role and/or directing the work of others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities in related industry.
• Schedule availability of a minimum of three days a week or more.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country where this job is located.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
