Job summary

Hope the Mission is seeking a Lead Client Service Monitor (PT) to act as the on-shift leader for Client Service Monitors at interim housing sites. You will ensure safety protocols, complete wellness checks, and maintain accurate documentation throughout each shift.

You will respond to incidents, support staff, and escalate to management as needed, upholding trauma-informed care and organizational values during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Experience with trauma-informed care principles.
• Proficient in documenting shift activities and DARs.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-shift lead for Client Service Monitors.
• Perform wellness checks and safety protocols each shift.
• Monitor site activity and address safety concerns.
• Lead pass-down huddles and communicate updates to leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for incidents and emergencies during shift.
• Coordinate with management for incident resolution.
• Document all incidents accurately and on time.
