Job summary

Hope The Mission is seeking a vigilant Lead Client Service Monitor to oversee on-site Client Service Monitors at interim housing sites. You will lead shifts, ensure safety protocols, complete wellness checks, and document incidents with accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with management, respond to escalations, and uphold trauma-informed care while supporting participant safety and stability across the site. Evening, weekend, and holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Client Service Monitor or similar role preferred.
• Prior lead, supervisory, or shift-lead experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of interim housing operations, safety protocols, and trauma-informed care.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-shift lead for all Client Service Monitors; provide real-time direction, guidance, and support.
• Complete wellness checks, site walk-throughs, and safety protocols every shift.
• Monitor site activity and address safety concerns, policy violations, and operational issues.
• Communicate shift updates, incidents, and follow-up needs to site leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for incidents, participant escalations, and emergencies.
• Manage emergencies until leadership arrives and take command when needed.
• Ensure all incidents are documented accurately and submitted on time.
