Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Key Holder to oversee daily operations at our Mocksville location. You will greet guests, educate them on membership options, and actively drive membership sales while ensuring an outstanding experience.

You’ll work with the team to meet sales goals, handle opening and closing tasks, and keep the site clean and safe in all weather conditions. A passion for customer service and the ability to work evenings/weekends are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude and drive membership sales.
• Explain ModWash packages and unlimited wash benefits to customers.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options to match their needs.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction and upsell where appropriate.
• Collaborate with team to meet and exceed sales goals and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Perform opening/closing site responsibilities and maintain site cleanliness and safety.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
