ModWash is hiring for a Key Holder to manage daily operations, drive membership sales, and ensure every guest has a legendary car wash experience. You will greet customers, educate them on membership value, and help select the best package.

You’ll open/close sites, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of service and safety throughout shifts. The role requires energetic communication, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
