Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Alpharetta is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, guide a team, ensure high food quality, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in QSR food service or customer service is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive store environment and morale.
• Lead by example and coach the team; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Provide new hire and ongoing training and development of team members.
• Complete logs and paperwork and staff scheduling to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure prompt, friendly customer service and proper staffing levels.
• Monitor food quality and temperatures to ensure safety and freshness.
• Maintain equipment temperatures and functionality; manage returns and refunds as needed.
• Prepare and package signature items accurately according to recipes and guidelines.
• Adhere to safety, food handling, and sanitation standards.
• Contribute to cleaning and sanitizing the entire restaurant and exterior areas.
• Count and order inventory; unpack deliveries and stock items.
