Responsibilities
- Foster a positive store environment to boost morale.
- Lead by example and manage team performance; provide coaching and feedback.
- Provide new hire and ongoing training for team members.
- Complete logs and paperwork as required.
- Staff appropriately to ensure prompt, friendly customer service.
- Ensure food quality and safety through proper temperature checks.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
