Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot, lead the crew, and ensure an efficient, high-quality wash experience. You’ll oversee operations when management isn’t on-site, maintain safety, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive leadership.

The role requires hands-on leadership, opening/closing duties, and strong communication to keep the site running smoothly and guests leaving happier than they arrived.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Ability to train and guide a crew during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a positive guest experience.
• Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel and ensure proper positioning.
• Monitor equipment and enforce safety protocols during operations.
• Lead the team during shifts, provide direction, and delegate tasks.
• Inspect each vehicle to ensure quality wash and note any issues.
• Escalate complex problems to leadership when needed.
