Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the crew on the lot. You will set standards, supervise daily operations, and ensure a safe, efficient, and guest-focused environment.

This role requires leading by example, owning the shift, and maintaining high wash-quality standards. As the primary on-site leader when management is away, you will train and direct team members, handle opening and closing tasks, and address any operational challenges promptly to keep the site running

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment and enforce all safety protocols.
• Lead the team during shifts and provide direction when site leadership is absent.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and address any wash issues or missed spots.
