Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot and run operations when management is not on-site. You will lead a team, take ownership, and uphold high standards for guest experience and wash quality.

The role is fast, physical, and visible: you’ll engage customers, drive memberships, supervise wash operations, and ensure safety. You will open/close the site, delegate tasks, and guide the team to maintain smooth, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Leadership or prior team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage fast-paced operations outdoors.
• Willingness to work outdoors and remain active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive experience; promote memberships and services.
• Direct vehicles into wash tunnels and ensure proper positioning for a smooth process.
• Open/close the site as a key holder and lead shifts in absence of senior leaders.
• Monitor safety protocols and resolve operational issues to keep the site running smoothly.
• Inspect vehicles before/after wash to ensure quality standards and address any misses.
