Responsibilities

• Maintains strict inventory controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure POS stations are clean, stocked, and ready to go at store opening.
• Ensure Budtender opening and closing checklists are completed promptly.
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Greet customers on arrival and farewell at departure.
• Provide excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Inform management of low-stock or inventory issues.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends.
• Be knowledgeable of sales and in-store promotions.
• Participate in staff events and promotional activities.
• Read industry publications to stay updated on trends.
• Provide in-store training and mentorship to Budtenders with managerial direction.
• Ensure uniform cleanliness and shift readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
