Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting required, preference for specialty retail.
• Inventory control experience required.
• Proactive with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills.
• Meet timelines consistently and work under pressure.
• Open to constructive, developmental feedback.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and software (word processing, databases, spreadsheets, email).

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading and creating a culture prioritizing employee development and customer service.
• Drive sales through product education and cannabis industry knowledge.
• Build teams aligned with our mission, vision, and goals.
• Develop and coach Terrabis Leads to elevate their skills.
• Maintain inventory and communicate inventory actions with the GM.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Manage cash handling, discounts, and POS processes.
• Verify patientID paperwork and ensure POS readiness at opening.
