Ideal candidates bring proven shift-management experience in food service, familiarity with Aloha POS, and a strong grasp of kitchen operations and food safety. The role offers open hours starting as early as 3:00am with opportunities for growth and a dynamic team

Qualifications

• Experience in shift management in a restaurant or fast casual environment.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Background in baking is a plus.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example.
• Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable.
• Open Availability prefer as hours vary from 3:00am to 4pm

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members in customer service and food safety.
• Manage inventory and assist with budgeting to maintain profitability.
• Utilize Aloha POS systems for order management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
