The Flame Broiler, Inc. Lakewood location is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations under the guidance of the General Manager and Assistant GM. You will help execute brand standards, supervise front-line teams, and uphold service quality during your shift.

Ideal candidates are ready to coach staff, manage inventory, cash handling, and safety protocols while driving store performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Provides shift leadership, oversees procedures, assigns tasks, and monitors performance.
• Evaluates and provides feedback on supervised team members' performance.
• Completes Train-The-Trainer certification and delivers training as directed.
• Supports certifying training and job competency of new/higher-position staff.
• Follows up with trainees and monitors progress during shifts.
• Ensures team understands and follows company standards and policies.
• Coaches staff for performance improvement and resolves conflicts professionally.
• Handles guest complaints promptly during shifts.

Responsabilités

• Achieves company sales/revenue goals and operates shifts to meet them.
• Monitors store revenue during shifts and reports as needed.
• Executes shift handover and 9 Touch Point module for operations.
• Ensures restaurant meets the 4 Pillars of Success standards.
• Receives and inventories bi-weekly; checks product condition.
• Maintains cash handling procedures during shifts.
• Ensures safety and security of the restaurant facility during shifts.
• Communicates changes or issues to the incoming manager and reports.
• Oversees policy adherence and performance standards.
