Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of cGMP and FDA/compliance preferred.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, and ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations on assigned lines during shifts.
• Monitor staff performance and accurate documentation of activities.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and adherence to cGMP.
• Review batch records, logs, and work orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Train and develop team members, leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
