Job summary

IFF Clackamas is seeking a Production Supervisor for Blending, Encapsulation, and Washroom to oversee production lines, uphold safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement on the 2pm–10:30pm shift. The role requires leadership of employees and adherence to cGMP in a dietary supplement environment, with emphasis on accurate documentation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• College degree or 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations on assigned lines during designated shifts.
• Monitor performance of employees and temporary staff.
• Ensure proper use and care of production equipment and maintain facility standards.
• Enforce cGMP and quality requirements; document daily activities and outcomes.
• Train team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
