Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a Production Supervisor – Blending, Encapsulation, and Washroom at the Clackamas site. You will oversee production lines, monitor staffing, and uphold safety and quality standards.

This exempt/salaried role operates on a 2pm–10:30pm shift, Monday to Friday, with potential extra hours for plant needs. You will document performance, review batch records, and drive continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• College degree or 5 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in cGMP dietary supplement manufacturing preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production lines during designated shifts and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to manufacturing processes.
• Document employee activities, review batch records, and support cross-functional teams.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the area.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and manage training activities.
